A11y: Chrome and Scheduling a delivery on Amazon

Issue description

Filing for a user:
Scheduling a delivery on Amazon doesn’t seem to work. You can’t select an open time for delivery.
Try ordering an item like

In JAWS, table navigation shortcuts such as home and end do not work. Text can be read by using the arrow keys but the column and row information is not read. NVDA reads the content and the columns and row information after reading the contents of the cell. However, keyboard shortcuts do not work.
