I reproduced this issue twice so far. 


Scenario 1:
(1) Open File Manager app
(2) Insert USB drive having DCIM folder with some media files
(3) A new file manager window pops up and cloud import scanning starts. (4) After scanning is complete, click on the BACKUP button in cloud import dialog.
(5) While backup is in progress, close the device lid to suspend
(6) Reopen the lid after few seconds.


Scenario 2:
(1) Open File Manager app
(2) Insert USB drive having DCIM folder with some media files
(3) A new file manager window pops up and cloud import scanning starts. (4) Immediately close the device lid to suspend
(5) Reopen the lid after few seconds


What happens ?
In both the above cases, files app becomes unresponsive. None of the controls work. Files app points to Downloads folder and no contents are displayed even though there were files present.


Please note that issue is not 100% reproducible all the time.
