Steps to reproduce the problem:
Currently you can connect to a VPN automatically always, or manually. It would be really nice if I could connect to a VPN automatically with certain wifi connections, but not others. That way when for example I connect to a public wifi, I can automatically connect to a VPN, but not where I do not need to such as at home.
