CSS Columns rendering issue

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a div with fixed height larger than height needed.
2. Create a child div and set columns css property larger than 0
3. Create text or other elements inside to be displayed in multiple columns

What is the expected behavior?
Text/items should be displayed in multiple columns

What went wrong?
Text/items not rendered correctly.

Just checked and the issue is present in Version 65.0.3325.51 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) version
Issue appears to be fixed in Version 66.0.3343.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
and Version 66.0.3344.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
