Menu fails to render on WIndows and MacOS

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 64.0.3282.140
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) : www.nationalcycle.com
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
    Safari on IoS:             OK
    Safari on osX:             OK
    Firefox Quantum:           OK
    FireFox ESR 52.6.0:        OK
    IE 11:                     OK
Edge Edge 41.16299.15.0:       OK

Chrome Windows 63.x:           OK
Chrome Mac 63.x:               OK

Chrome Windows 64.0.3282.140:  FAIL
Chrome Mac 64.0.3282.140:      FAIL


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto www.nationalcycle.com
2. Select SHOP
3. Select Select Bike
4. Select 2005
5. Problem shown

What is the expected result?

Full list of motorcycle makes

What happens instead of that?

A partial or non-existent display of makes

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested this issue on chrome reported version 64.0.3282.140 using windows-10 and Mac 10.12.6 with steps mentioned below:
1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to URL: www.nationalcycle.com
2) Selected Shop -> Select Bike
3) Page didn't get navigated to next page, it is showing as "loading"

Unfortunately, you tried this when our website was down (it didn't come
back up right) after a scheduled power outage.  The problem you were seeing
has been corrected, and 64.x is once again demonstrating the problem.

Able to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.140 but the same is not reproducible in the latest canary #66.0.3345.0.
Note: Issue is not seen in OS-Mac and OS-Linux. The issue is not reproducible on chrome version #64.0.3282.167.
