What steps will reproduce the problem?
Normal Operations

What is the expected result?
1. That I can print more than 1 page of a PDF.
2. That this Chromebook will completely powerwash.
3. That random apps that I have installed in the past, will not continue to reinstall each time I reset and powerwash 
4. That the rogue apps do not synch to all the various accounts I am associated with, whether they be my personal accounts, or accounts I have set up for friends and family where I am either a recovery email or phone number. This malware is syncing across google drive compromising not just my own accounts but my children, friends and family's account too.
5. That multiple people are not able to log into my gmail accounts, they can read and delete my emails- how is this possible when I am in adv security protection?  I have used 2FA for years, but now am in advanced privacy protection with yubikey and feitan. How can people get into my accounts, when I have been told over and over NO ONE could get into my accounts without a password.  What about the security keys I supposedly need to have to be logged in?  How is someone getting access to this?
6. That bad people stop creating api projects that effect me and all of the accounts you have deemed to be an "alias" of my accounts- and since this is spreading to friends and family, I suspect the list is getting quite long.  
7. I wish that an account enrolled in and security protection would have no aliases, where google drive apps are copied and propagated
8.  I wish you would tell me when an individual creates an api project with me as the manager or is associated tith my family or an alias that will also effect me.
9. I wish you would tell me all the aliases associated with my account.  People had FREE access to my accounts via stagefright for a very long time and I dont know if they created any other accounts I dont know about.
10.  I wish you would give me access to the root of all my google drives and allow me to review and NUKE all third party apps.  
11. I wish you would scan all my aliases google drive for rogue apps and stagefright/malmare bombs embedded in old picassa or gallery albums.

12. I have already sent you in a previous log the invalid apps listed in net-internals/modules, Below I will attach the malware I cannot remove from ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS , including this chromebook. Some are long, so I am attaching as text files.  Several reference api projects, text is being stored in an invalid location on all chromebooks and the vendor solutions do not completely clear local data. They seem hard linked somehow with google drive and gmail-  Maybe these apps are how people are able to log into every gmail I have.  (Multiple open sessions, some from other locations- some unknown browsers, I have submitted multiple screenshots in the past)  The apps are text, sheets, slides, docs, google keep.

13.  The ever present errors on all my chromebooks:

TPM ERROR.  This showed up once my account synced even on a brand new chromebook

NOT REACHED.  Is this about IPV6?  I blocked this in my router after I discovered the chromebooks were communicating on IPV6, and all identifying themselves as phones, and even reprogrammed my comcast router to self identify as an LG phone.  I have screenshots too.

This device has been reset 2 times in the last 3 or so days,all cache cleared, followed hw vendor instructions to further clear all local data.

Not what should.  This is kind of self explanitory

possible.

The screenshots of the apps that are autoloaded on all my accounts, (They all showed as error in the extensions tab, when I turned on dev and collect errors.  I tried to copy what seems dubious.

As ever, thank you for your assistance.  PLEASE send me a list of all emails associated with my account.  

I did find someone added all my gmail accounts to MSN and icloud, and vice versa and have spend months tracking down the improper set ups and deleting them.  Call me or email me and let me know what I can to to help myself too.  I am not just sitting here whining to you folks, I am actively trying to get out of this and it also impacts MSFT and Azure, APPLE (The Apple Dev group is analyzing my icloud account and all MACbook settings and still will not help me delete my icloud email after over a week (hackers modified my icloud contact list to reflect this gmail account and loaded a base64 bomb as a profile picture.)

Can you please provide more details? Perhaps a video of the problems you are seeing on your chromebook?

It is hard to understand because you have provided some much confusing text.
