Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome.
2. Open the attached sample HTML file.
3. Observed that page doesn’t render completely.

Chrome versions tested:
66.0.3344.0(Canary)

OS:
Android 8.1.0, Android 7.0.0, Windows 10, Mac 10.13.3, Ubuntu 14.04

Android Devices:
Pixel, SM-J710F Build/NRD90M 

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
66.0.3334.0(532207) - Good
66.0.3335.0(533164) - Bad

You are looking for a change made after 532238(GOOD), but before 532239(BAD).

CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
