[Android UI] Unify "Retry" and "Try again" buttons

Project Member Reported by vabr@chromium.org, Feb 9 2018

Issue description

Chrome on Android currently has two dialogs which offer a button to restart an operation:

(1) When signing in fails, Chrome offers to "Retry".
(2) When exporting passwords fails, Chrome offers to "Try again".

See the attached screenshots.

srahim@, could we pick one label (either "Retry" or "Try again") and use it in both places? The current state might confuse translators and adds some unnecessary bytes to Chrome's size.

Also Cc-ing twellington@ for the discussion in [1], maxwalker@ who designed the UI for export, bettes@ who I saw giving advice for sign-in on bug 650121 .

Components: -UI UI>SignIn UI>Browser>Passwords
Just a clarification: The strings I'm looking at are IDS_RETRY and IDS_TRY_AGAIN in chrome/android/java/strings/android_chrome_strings.grd. Unless codesearch is broken, the above cited two dialogs are the only two pieces of UI using those strings.
Thanks for pointing this out, Vaclav! I think "Try again" is easier to understand, it sounds less technical. It is also preferred according to go/ux-wordlist (Google internal link).

+1 to "Try again". Thanks for checking the word list, Max!

Thanks a lot for the quick responses!

I submitted https://crrev.com/c/912828, which replaces "Retry" with "Try again" for review.

The following revision refers to this bug:

commit d784121d952ea5183c187c74f19aa050ad0507a9

"Retry" -> "Try again" in signin error UI on Android

When signing in fails, Chrome offers to "Retry". An alternative label
is to "Try again" (used in an error dialog for exporting passwords).
According to UX guidance ( https://crbug.com/810693#c2 ) the latter is
less technical and preferred.

Therefore this CL removes the "Retry" string in favour of "Try again".
