[Android UI] Unify "Retry" and "Try again" buttons |

Issue descriptionChrome on Android currently has two dialogs which offer a button to restart an operation: (1) When signing in fails, Chrome offers to "Retry". (2) When exporting passwords fails, Chrome offers to "Try again". See the attached screenshots. srahim@, could we pick one label (either "Retry" or "Try again") and use it in both places? The current state might confuse translators and adds some unnecessary bytes to Chrome's size. Also Cc-ing twellington@ for the discussion in [1], maxwalker@ who designed the UI for export, bettes@ who I saw giving advice for sign-in on bug 650121 . Thanks for pointing this out, Vaclav! I think "Try again" is easier to understand, it sounds less technical. It is also preferred according to go/ux-wordlist (Google internal link).
