Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Under laptop mode, enable ChromeVox
2. Press physical volume buttons and check volume control bar in the lower right corner of screen; it's normal
3. Rotate device to pad mode 
4. Press physical volume buttons and check volume control bar again

What is the expected behavior?
Volume control bar is normal

What went wrong?
Volume control bar cut off
