Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Starting up the Andriod App because of using VPN in China
2. no link and something is able to click neither keyboard,mouse or toughscreen 
3. after one time click of the menu button everything is working for this tab.

Keyboard, mouse and toughpad access on the web page isn't accessable after start of the chrome Android version on my Pixelbook. I need to use VPN for China and I am using an Android VPN App which means VPN is only available inside the Android.
Only after clicking ones on the menu button am I able to click on links and scrolling to the page.
But this only works for the current tab.
