What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Browse at night or when your battery is really low.

What is the expected result?
I expect to be able to switch to Night Mode as in the Samsung browser, so that the background is black and my display uses a fraction of its battery drainage. AMOLED screens use significantly less battery with black background.

What happens instead?
No setting to allow that.
