Chrome Version: 65.0.3325.51 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: Ubuntu 17.10
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load https://jsfiddle.net/ysogfyw0/
(2) Hover/unhover the orange area a few times. (This just activates/deactivates a CSS rule that makes it 1px taller.)
What is the expected result?
Your hovering/unhovering shouldn't have any persistent effect on the layout.
What happens instead?
The teal area gets wider with every relayout (doubling in size each time, I think)
