Notification Icon on Linux should be used

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to: https://web-push-book.gauntface.com/demos/notification-examples/ on a machine with Gnome Shell
2. Click "Example Notification" button
3. Look at notification

What is the expected behavior?
The notification should display a paper airplane image (plane on black).

What went wrong?
The Chrome logo is used instead.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.51 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

Note: Firefox will use the notification icon.

Thanks for filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.51 and on the latest Dev 66.0.3343.0 using Ubuntu 14.04 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched chrome
2. Navigated to https://web-push-book.gauntface.com/demos/notification-examples/
3. Clicked Allow on pop-up then clicked on "Example Notification"
We observed paper plane icon on the notification. Attaching the screenshot of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please check the screenshot and let us know if we have missed anything while reproducing the issue. Any further inputs from your end helps us to triage the issue in a better way.

Thats the Chrome notification vs native linux notification.

You can toggle it with:
chrome://flags/#enable-native-notifications

The "Default" value results on native notifications - maybe it's because you are on unity and I'm on Gnome Shell.

This is a bug in GNOME shell.  The FDO notification spec says that images should take precendence over icons (Chrome is including both):
