What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure MTP device connected to chromebook and File System Providers mounted (Eg. Dropbox FSP).
2. Open web browser and download a sample image from the web by right click> Save Image as.
3. Save file as dialog box opens up.

What is the expected result?
MTP device folders and File system providers volume should be displayed on left navigation pane of Save file as dialog box, apart from Downloads and Google Drive folders.

What happens instead?
MTP device folders and File system providers volume not shown on left navigation pane.
