I'm going to revert the culprit CL: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/907756

reverted.
hoegsberg@, could you take a look at this? Thanks!
This CL requires this CL in minigbm in chromeos:

https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/platform/minigbm/+/907848

which has already landed on master. Where you running a newer chrome on an older chromeos rootfs?
Re#2: Do you know which version of chrome os should have your CL? I might be using an older version. Feel free to re-land if this is been resolved.
It landed in ChromeOS 10385.0.0, which finished building 10 minutes after you filed the bug :)

I'll reland a little later today after it's cooled down a bit.
