Crash page is white if DevTools is open

This happens to me on ToT on linux.

1) Open chrome://crash
2) Open DevTools

Expected behaviour: The crash page is rendered properly

Actual behaviour: The crash page is white, with only the reload button visible.

Thanks for reporting this. We can't actually inspect the crash page since the renderer is dead. So the fact that it also flashes to white is kind of moot, IMO.
