I've deployed a fix: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/catapult/+/900296 It's an increase to maximum repeat count, to increase the sensitivity for small differences. And re-ran the job in comments 4/7, which is the one that showed the biggest difference (~98% passing to ~80% passing)

Last job narrowed it down to 533349-533369, so I'm going to run one with that range. Sorry about all the retries, Pinpoint is tuned for larger regressions, and 100% passing -> 80% passing is close to the limit.
