Omnibox text input broken. Immediately populates text field with suggestion.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3343.0 
OS: Android O
Device: Pixel 2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter VR browsing
(2) click in the url bar to bring up text editing mode
(3) type a couple characters

What is the expected result? Only typed characters are input into the field.

What happens instead? See video. text input field is auto populated with first suggestion. Additional typed characters are appended.

This is fixed as of https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/916364.

Apologies that ToT was broken in this regard.  I landed code that relied on keyboard changes that aren't actually released yet.

It was fixed in build 66.0.3347.0
