Issue description

Summary: Policy to prevent local printers from appearing on managed Chromebooks


Use case / Motivation: Customer is working with Chromebooks that are used by their clients and Chrome device has access to a local printer in the manager office that they shouldn't be able to see. They want a policy which can control the Local Printers visibility


Existing workarounds: use different WiFi network

I would love this.  For a large school like mine, this would be very very useful to be able to manage and limit.
