Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. Open a incognito tab
3. Go to tab page and tap on the tab switcher
4. Scroll to incognito in tab switcher
5. Tap on menu and select Report an issue

Observed results:
Notice include google account check box is displayed.

Note: If Tab switcher is loaded from incognito tab, then include google account is not displayed for normal tab 

Expected results:
In tab switcher for normal tab ‘include google account’ should be shown and for incognito it shouldn’t be shown.
