justincohen@ this is not Chrome specific bug, this is an iOS bug.
Just wanted to check if we need to file a radar for this case.
Probably worth filing a radar. Can you provide steps that are not chrome specific?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Photos.app and open any phone
2. Load any other app into multitasking view (ex: Mail app)
3. Swipe the app to left side
4. Tap anywhere outside multi tasking window (window dismisses)
5. Swipe from the left side of the screen to bring the app again
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 multiple times

srikanthg@ looks like they didn't like our sysdiagnose files and want another set. Can you grab them again, please? Thanks!

Looks like all uploads are failing on apple radars. I'll try again tomorrow.
The NextAction date has arrived: 2018-03-07
I filed https://bugreport.apple.com/web/?problemID=38204939 for the failing bugreport.apple.com uploads, and just gave them a dropbox link per advice of Apple folks.
srikanthg@ does this still happen?
Tested in 71.0.3555.0 Canary
Devices: iPad Mini(iOS 12), iPad Mini 2(iOS 11.4.1)

Issue is still reproducible on following the steps mentioned in comment#0

Can you please re-test on iOS12.1, Apple is claiming this isn't reproducible.

I'm adding the video in comment #17 to the radar.
