Device reboots on accessing multi tasking window |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 65.0.3325.59 Beta iOS Version: 11.3 beta 2 Device: iPad mini 2 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. Load any webpage having multiple links 3. Tap on any link 4. Swipe right to go to previous page 5. Swipe left 6. Tap anywhere outside multi tasking window (window dismisses) 7. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Photos.app and open any phone 2. Load any other app into multitasking view (ex: Mail app) 3. Swipe the app to left side 4. Tap anywhere outside multi tasking window (window dismisses) 5. Swipe from the left side of the screen to bring the app again 6. Repeat step 4 and 5 multiple times
