Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 and on the latest canary 66.0.3343.0 using Mac 10.13.1, Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10. Note: Issue is not significant on Ubuntu 14.04 with version 64.0.3282.140. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as Non-Regression and Marking it as Untriaged. Thanks for reporting the bug. It's a sub-pixel/hi-dpi problem that we are aware of. Currently it can only be reproducible on hi-dpi devices (e.g. w/ retina display).
