Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Opera 51 has introduced "Click the tab to scroll": "We’ve added a new trick to help you quickly scroll up and down a web page. When you need to scroll to the top of a web page, simply click the page’s tab and the page will jump up to the beginning. Clicking the tab again will bring you back to where you were before, so you can continue reading or exploring content." Here's an animation. https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2018/02/opera-51/ What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Chrome should have this, too! Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This is feature request, not a bug.
