The chrome window remains on the extended window even after changing the screen settings to PC Screen Only

Reported by olill...@gmail.com, Feb 8 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome.
2. Let the laptop be connected to a desktop screen and the user use the extended screen option.
3. Move the Chrome window to the 2nd Screen.
4. Move some other apps Eg: Outlook, Notepad, etc also to the 2nd screen.
5. Now change the display settings to revert back to PC Screen Only using the shortcut Keys available on the laptop. ie. Fn+F4 in my laptop (HP Zbook)

What is the expected behavior?
All the windows open on the 2nd Screen should be moved to the 1st window or PC screen i.e Laptop screen in our case.

What went wrong?
Except Chrome all the other windows move back to 1st screen. Only a small part of the chrome window is seen on the extreme right of the screen which is very difficult to move back to the 1st screen.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Going back to Extended screen will make the chrome window appear in 1st screen.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3282.140 using Windows 10 with steps mentioned below.

1. Opened Chrome, notepad, display settings, control panel windows
2. Now extended display and moved Chrome, Notepad, Control Panel from PC to desktop.
3. Now tried pressing Fn+f4 and didn't observe any change of windows.

NOTE: Using hp ELITEBOOK Laptop and hp Z Workstation desktop.

@REporter: Checked over internet and didn't get shortcut to revert back display settings. Could you please tell us any alternative to revert back settings. This would help in further triaging of the issue.

Thanks!
