REPRO STEPS:
1.Put cursor in any input-box
2.Open US Floating keyboard
3.Enable swipe gestures for US
4.Click on the input-box

Actual result: 
VK pops up, but no Arrows display on the edges of keyboard.

More findings:
a.Arrows will display only after switch to another keyboard then switch back.
b.This issue does not repro for Normal keyboard.
