Regression: Unable to record using Screencastify extension |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:66.0.3342.0./10384.0.0 dev-channel Kip,Reks,Peppy OS:Chrome OS URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/screencastify-screen-vide/mmeijimgabbpbgpdklnllpncmdofkcpn?hl=en What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)1)Sign into user and install the Screencastify extension through above URL (2)After complete installation,click on extension to open and try to record (3)Check/Uncheck the checkbox at Microphone and Observe(please refer video) Expected:No such weird behavior should be seen. Actual:Unable to record and weird behavior is seen This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 66.0.3341.0/10382.0.0 dev Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

1.Both the versions of Screencastify are same i.e,1.33.2-ddb8001 2.Unable to provide bisect as we dont have bisect setup available on Chrome OS to bisect the issue. Manual Bisect Info : ------------------ Good Build:66.0.3341.0/10382.0.0 Bad Build :66.0.3342.0/10384.0.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Chrome 66.0.3356.0/CrOS 10443.0.0 - Kip. @rkalavakuntla, Could you check the issue with the latest build.

C #4 > It seems that the issue doesn't reproduce for the new Screencastify version available i.e,1.33.4-8c0dc94 Hence,unable to reproduce the issue on latest Chrome 67.0.3363.0/10465.0.0 dev channel Reks,Kip.
