Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Javascript/ jQuery dragstart event is not firing

What is the expected behavior?
Ideally drag and drop should work properly as it was working till it's previous version.

What went wrong?
Till yesterday with Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132, Drag and Drop were working fine but since today morning after latest update of Chrome version, it stopped working.

Did this work before? Yes 63.0.3239.132
