Page stops responding for touches in bottom part

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:canary 66.0.3342.0
Operating system: 7

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Google something (for example "very long search text") in desktop mode
(2) switch to next page
(3) repeat (2) until problem happens

Note: this can be some page protection against fast clicking, AJAX issue or network or something... but it happens on my Canary 66 and I cannot reproduce it even once on my stable 64.

I'm setting P1 because it can be potentially bigger regression.
