Views-based login "browse as guest" from gaia is broken

1. run_chrome --login-manager --show-views-login
2. Click "Add Person"
3. Click "More options"
4. Click "Guest mode"

Nothing happens. In webui login this launches guest mode.

We may just want to hide the button instead - investigating correct behavior.

Yup, it uses the same handler to transition to guest mode. I've implemented that handler for views-login in the CL for the issue I'm merging this into.
