Steps To Reproduce:
1. Connect external display.
2. Login to the device.
3. Open some windows/tabs on primary display.
4. Have some windows opened on extended display.
5. Press Alt+F4, do some browsing.
6. Press Alt+F4 again


Expected Result:

Actual Result:
Seen UI glitches on Primary/Extended displays.
