Input text field can't get focus after reloading a page while opening alert dialog

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Promp an alert. 2. Refresh the page without closing it. 3. Try to write on the input type text. What is the expected behavior? You should be able to write on the input, but you cannot write on it. What went wrong? After you refresh the page you are not able to select the input type to insert text, but you can select the suggestions and delete it. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

This looks to do with keyboard focus. Adding a key event listener to the window shows that keyboard events are being delivered. You just can't focus the input element.
