Regression: 'Reset Setting' text is not translated on changing browser language to Kannada.

Issue description

Chrome Version:	Chrome Version:	66.0.3342.0 (Official Build) Revision7a08be580eb458170d11b34a8de66fe08db41bc5-refs/heads/master@{#534887} (32/64-bit)
 	
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10). 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch Chrome, go to chrome://settings, change browser language to 'Kannada' from chrome://settings/languages.
2.Go to chrome://settings/, click on Main Menu button > Advance and Observe text for 'Reset Settings'

Actual: 'Reset Setting' text is not translated to Kannada Language.

Expected: 'Reset Setting' text should be translated to Kannada Language.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-66 series, and below is the bisect info (Unable to provide bisect using new bisect script, hence providing old script).

Manual Bisect:

Note: Issue is not reproducible on Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Thank you very much for the report.

This is expected, since we've updated the string a few days ago in the Canary (it should soon be on Dev too). This is the commit: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/497b671801f96e6d0b960a6779505973090783f8

Once a string is updated, it may take some time for its translation to be available in all languages. In this specific case, I wouldn't be surprised if the date is somehow related to the M66 feature freeze on Feb 16th. srahim@ should be able to provide you a better estimate.

Since we can't mark this as "Will be fixed on its own", I'll leave it open and will ask you to kindly check it again in a few weeks.

I think is fine to close this bug now, instead of waiting for the translation to be checked in. Filing tracking bugs for "missing translations" for every updated string across the UI is not scale-able or particularly useful (especially for daily builds).
