Should be able to type keyword in expression text-box.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 series.

commit 7fc4fd1b6242a9333f1f5ec42bbd85edd64ca644
Author: Joel Einbinder <einbinder@chromium.org>

DevTools: Make the 'Add Watch' button work with a keyboard

The watches panel asynchronously shows the pane when a new watch is
added, but the panel must be showing before creating the editor
otherwise focus will not be moved properly.
