Telemetry: On running benchmark, generated results file fails to load.

I ran a locally implemented benchmark. The tests completed with the message:

View result at ...chromium/src/tools/perf/results.html

On opening the file, it gets stuck with the message "Loading Histogram 0 of 842".

I'll mark this fixed once my CL rolls into Chromium. Karan, if you want to unblock yourself you can git cl patch that CL onto your third_party/catapult; else wait a few hours and sync again.
