Issue descriptionChromeOS version: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/VZr6oP7vgr6 ChromeOS device model: Pixelbook Case#: https://gutsv3.corp.google.com/#ticket/30865869 https://gutsv3.corp.google.com/#ticket/30960662 Description: ARC++ is causing random "Google has stopped working" messages and consuming way too many resources. Some users are not able to disable it due to the need of using some android apps for testing. I have personally seen this twice, however it may be affecting more machines, we can't really tell yet since Pixelbooks are still relatively new to the fleet. I have collected logs and I will try a Factory Reset the device to see if it fixes the issue and report back. Steps to reproduce: Use the chromebook normally until a "Google has stopped working" error pops-up Current Behavior / Reproduction: Expected Behavior: Drive link to logs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/13NMFN9A0kJkyw9V1ueH_0EzQYp_iJg2j/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gIFTViv66g7lMQJAjH7ApAasqk9DDqDB/view?usp=sharing
