Regression: novato-release VMTests broken in R65 branch

VMTests fail with:
Unhandled TypeError: Create() takes exactly 1 argument (2 given)


It started to fail yesterday, probably a bad CL in autotests has been merged. ToT seems to work fine.

Analysis showed this was a bad DEPS merge on the Chrome side, it should be fixed now, builders are still running.
