What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the PDF attached.

What is the expected output?
The PDF renders quickly and shows the content.

What do you see instead?
The PDF takes between 10 and 15 seconds to render for the single page. Also scrolling gets stuck rather often.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
It renders rather quickly in the latest versions of Acrobat, Preview and pdf.js.
