Issue descriptionCSS Pseudo 4 updates the list of properties allowed to apply to ::first-letter when compared to CSS Selectors 3. Update our implementation to match Pseudo 4. Spec text: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-pseudo-4/#first-letter-styling. |
