Stylus options are disabled

CrOS version: 10379.0.0, 66.0.3341.0 (ToT build) dev channel caroline device

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open stylus pen. Check for stylus menu options on the shelf.
2. Or Goto settings page and search for stylus options.

What happens?
Stylus options are disabled. Device doesn't recognize stylus inputs.

I don't have a caroline but this happen on other devices. Even if settings are disabled and the palette menu are you able to do other stuff (ie close a window)?

Re #3, Stylus inputs are not detected by the device. So, unable to user stylus pen for display operations.

Thanks, this seems like hardware or firmware issue on the particular caroline you are using.
