Looks like they re-seated usb in today's sweep t/30961888, but I guess it was unsuccessful (device was still offline when I got to it, Last Seen 1d 10h 56m 52s ago). The phone side USB cable seemed somewhat loose to me, so swapped out the interconnect. Phone was re-detected in swarming after that (Last Seen 5s ago) Bus 001 Device 027: ID 18d1:4ee7 Google Inc.
