Issue descriptionApp Version: 65.0.3325.53 Beta iOS Version: 11.3 beta and 10.3.3 Device: iPhone and iPad Prerequisite: Change the device language to non english (eg: Arabic) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. In first screen tap on the privacy notice link Observed results: Notice that privacy notice page is displaying in english Note: The Term of service is displaying in device language Expected results: The content of privacy notice page should display in device language.
