Use the first and only tab to go to https://open.spotify.com/browse 2. Log in with any Spotify account 3. Play any music. 4. Click the "New tab" button at the top, next to the first tab. 5. Music is interrupted for a short time while the new tab is being loaded. What is the expected behavior? Music should not be interrupted for a short time while the new tab is being loaded. Thanks for filing the issue! @Reporter: Could you please share sample test credentials which helps us to log in and check the issue. We tried signing up(Creating account) but its taking too long time, then it says "verification expired" eventually we are unable to create. Note: Checked the box many times and tried, but it didn't help. It would be highly helpful if provided with test credentials.

Thanks for providing the test credentials. Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported verson 64.0.3282.140 using Windows-10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and logged in to https://open.spotify.com/browse with credentials provided in comment#4 2) Clicked on "New tab" button at the top, next to the first tab 3) Audio didn't get interrupted @Reporter: Unable to provide the screen cast for this issue, bacause from screencastify after recording the total process system audio get sluttered. Try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks!

Hello -- I'm using Chrome on Windows 7. Please use a Windows 7 machine to see if able to reproduce the issue on your side. I have retested and can reproduce the issue after reinstalling Chrome -- Person 1 (no active sign-in) and no apps and extensions. I made two videos to let you know how I could reproduce the issue.
