Regression : Unnecessary 'IPv6 address' option is seen at 'Configure IP address automatically' when selecting 'Customer name servers' option or 'Google name servers' option in Network settings page

Chrome Version: 65.0.3325.56/10323.17.0 dev-channel Daisy,Reks and Kip
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Sign-out from Uber Tray 
(2)In Sign-out screen at Uber Tray select 'Network' option -> click on 'Network settings' icon ->'Network settings' window is seen
(3)Now click on 'DISCONNECT' -> Now at 'Name servers' select 'Customer name servers' option or 'Google name servers' option and observe 'IPv6 address' with 'Loading...' is seen at 'Configure IP address automatically' option
(Please refer video and screenshot)

Note:
1.Issue is seen on latest M-66 also
2.Issue is working fine in M-63

Expected: On selecting 'Customer name servers' option or 'Google name servers' option no value should be seen at 'Configure IP address automatically' option
Actual: Instead unnecessary 'IPv6 address' with 'Loading...' is seen 
 
This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3282.134/10176.65.0 Kip device
