Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3325.51 (Official Build) bf82f5d25853ccdc46fb63304524ca023c1b24c2-refs/branch-heads/3325@{#326} (32/64-bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4), Win(7, 8, 8.1, 10), Linux(14.04 LTS) Precondition: In chrome://settings page, 1) Google Chrome must not be set to default. 2) Set "Continue where you left off" option from chrome://settings page. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open chrome://settings page. (2) Close Google Chrome & Re-open Google Chrome. (3) "Set as default" info bar with anchor will be shown below omnibox. (4) Now set "Show home button" toggle ON and observe the infobar anchor. Actual: "Set as default" info bar anchor does not move with the chrome chip, misalignment of anchor is observed. Expected: "Set as default" info bar anchor should move with the chrome chip. This is a Non-regression issue seen from M60 series build #60.0.3072.0 Note: Issue is also seen on M-64 Stable/Beta(build #64.0.3282.140) and M-66 Canary (build #66.0.3341.0).

Maybe someone who looks at the infobar component knows who's responsible for the "set as default" infobar?

This is a real bug, but arrows are going away in Harmony, so I'm not going to fix this. |
