Changing kAccessibilityScreenMagnifierScale doesn't change scale |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: ToT OS: Chrome OS Changing magnification scale from kAccessibilityScreenMagnifierScale should change current scale of screen magnification. But it doesn't. MagnificationControllerImpl is not listening to the pref change.

Mark this as fixed. Note that you cannot set whole number scale (e.g. 2.0) via settingsPrivate API. It will be fixed by https://crrev.com/c/910311 |
