With Files window opened in tablet mode, UI gets corrupted while entering overview

CrOS version: 65.0.3325.39, 10323.12.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Files app and switch device to tablet mode.
2. Click on overview button.

What happens?
Overview mode UI is corrupted.

Issue not observed when windows like chrome browser window/ ARC++ app window are opened and entered into overview.
Also, this issue is not repro'd always.

I could not repro it on my device. However, it's a known issue for ARC apps (see  Issue 800488 ) and the symptom looks similar. 

Can you repro it consistently? If so, can you describe the full steps? Thanks.

Issue doesn't repro consistently. But it seems like  Issue 800488  and this one look similar.

Thanks! I highly suspect it's the same one as you also have ARC app open at the time. I'll merge it to that issue.
