The text should be clear

What went wrong?
The text is pixelated on approximately one- half of the webpage (right side only). This happens even when I use a multi-window view in landscape so that the browser is only on the left side of my screen.

When the text is larger (like when the screen is zoomed in), the pixelation goes away. Also, not all websites do this, but many do. It is hard for me to tell if it is a font size or style that is better. Specifically, https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list has clear text one all parts of the screen, but https://www.google.com/search?q=bug+report+chrome has the pixelated text.
