[Findit] Pipeline is stuck at processing swarming task for a long time |

Issue descriptionhttps://findit-for-me.appspot.com/waterfall/failure?url=https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.memory/Linux%20ChromiumOS%20MSan%20Tests/5363 The swarming task completed but pipeline is still running. I suspect there's something wrong with pubsub or callback?
