Look into limits for labels and components.

Comment 2 by wylieb@chromium.org, Feb 21 2018

Actual test name:
UkmConsentParamBrowserTests/UkmConsentParamBrowserTest.GroupPolicyConsentCheck/0

Labeled as:
UkmConsentParamBrowserTestsUkmConsentParamBrowserTest.GroupPolicyConsentCheck0

In other occurrences of this flake analysis, a bug hasn't been considered for filing. If it was considered, another duplicate bug would be filed. The problem is that although setting a label with a slash removed it, when querying the special character is still used, and thus nothing is returned.

Test issue is filed:
crbug.com/814476

The query returns nothing:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list?can=2&q=label%3Aslash%2Flabel&colspec=ID+Pri+M+Stars+ReleaseBlock+Component+Status+Owner+Summary+OS+Modified&x=m&y=releaseblock&cells=ids

Labels aren't used anymore, and this issue doesn't affect customized fields.
This query returns the correct thing:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list?can=1&q=Flaky-Test%3Dwith%2Fslash&colspec=ID+Pri+M+Stars+ReleaseBlock+Component+Status+Owner+Summary+OS+Modified&x=m&y=releaseblock&cells=ids

Comment 4 by wylieb@chromium.org, Feb 21 2018

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Marking as WontFix since this problem is solved by using customized fields.
