Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. 

Steps Followed:
1. Launch Chrome.
2. Navigate to the URL: https://ndossougbe.github.io/web-sandbox/interventions/3p-redirect/
3. Observed that Chrome logo is displayed in blue.

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3335.4(dev) 66.0.3340.3(Canary)

OS:
Android 8.1.0

Android Devices:
Pixel XL

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build - 65.0.3300.0 (525555)
Bad Build - 65.0.3301.0 (525885)  

You are looking for a change made after 525741(GOOD), but before 525742(BAD).

CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

New icon is WAI, per  issue 795708 . It's not exactly the Chromium icon, it's a stencil (or whatever that's called) of the classic Chrome icon (we use a smaller one in the status bar for example) in the classic color of the icons we show in infobars, that happens to be blue.

+hwi@ might be able to add more.
